This is one amazing show...seemingly flying under the radar? I could be wrong about that, but I hear people debate the "best" dead show with 5/8/77 and 5/9/77 thrown around a lot. Add 5/26/77 to the discussion and you have a trifecta. I am a huge fan of the spring 77 shows. I love the sound from the band during this tour. If you do too, check out this show. Grate setlist, grate performance, grate recording. Thank you archive! I wasn't born in time to enjoy these shows in person, but I do enjoy listening here.

May 77 greatness
This is a 5-star show but the previous night at the Mosque is likely my all time favourite so to be fair I gave this one less star.
This show is everything youd expect from a may 77 performance. You don't have to say much more than Terrapin > Estimated > Eyes. Add in a monster Sugaree and a gorgeous High Time... just awesome!
Nice mix by the Owen Brothers too.

The REAL 5-26-77
For those who may not know, the other sources all use soundboard filler from other shows from Spring '77 to patch in the reel flips but this one uses the audience source from 5-26 for patches. In other words, this is the real whole show.
